Skipping Meals

I think one of the first things someone who wants to loose weight does is cut out snacks and meals.  It is difficult at first but after a while the body get use to not having something to eat at those times.  {Ya, for those with strength and will power. }  Thinking that skipping breakfast is a good idea is pretty typical of most people, and itis easy to understand how someone would think that way, but in reality it is completely wrong. 

In order to burn Fat you need that meal to get your body started.  If you have gotten your body use to not eating at breakfast for a long period of time, it might be difficult at first to get yourself into the habit of eating in the morning again.  Once you start making your self eat in the morning, eventually you will feel hungry as soon as you get up in the morning.   At first it is not important how much you eat, just something small to start. 

What is most important is that you keep the fats low and have some lean protein.  A good feel good meal is a bowl of oatmeal (not instant or quick because they are refined and that’s a whole other load of trouble) and some low fat milk and a side  of some sort of fresh fruit.  It s a challenge for those anti breakfaters, but it help get rid of that fat.
