Exercising
In order to burn the fat I have to remember to exercise. Sometimes I jump out of my bed and get straight into my day. By the time lunch rolls around I finally remember that I forgot something very important. At that point the control freak in me kicks in and I tell my self its too late and I will try again tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and guess what? I have decided that I need a reminder for my self.
So I am setting my comfy clothes for working out in , out on the top of my dresser. I’m going to as soon as lunch rolls around and I remember what I forgot go up and do it. I am also going to set my step counter on my night table and put a bottle of water on my night table next to it. I hope all of these measures help to remind me right off the bat. If that doesn’ do it for me I am not sure what the next step will be. I do still get a bit of a work out chasing the little guy all say and with my house work, but I still need to step it up just a bit. I suppose when I realize I have forgotten I could do a couple of extra runs up and down the step.
