Grapefruit Diet
I read something the other day about grapefruit juice being a great sorce for burning fat. I thought about trying it. The biggest problem for me is getting it down. I have always hated the taste of grapefruit. It has always tasted like orange peals to me. Yuck! I use to tell my mother if I wanted the taste of orange peals in my mouth I would just eat orange peals. She always told me to put sugar on it, it makes it easier to eat.
Well one, it never made it taste any better for me. Two, If you have to make something easier to eat I would rather not bother trying. Food to me is a pleasure not a chore. I am sure that’s why weight is always an issue for me. I am curious as to what properties of the grapefruit actually burns the fat. What chemistry is involved here? How can a simple juice burn fat. For me it would be the physical activity from me actually running around in cercles trying to scrape my toung, that would burn the fat. I just can’t stand the taste on my tongue. Mom also told me that pink grapefruit was sweeter and I would like that so much better. Wrong again Mom.
