Increasing Metabolism
I know, I know I must do some sort of exercise to boost my metabolism so I can get those fat burners going. But what should I choose to do. At last I have read some information I sort of agree with. I get so tired of that old phlosify that if it isn’t hurting it is working. I tell ya honestly if it is hurting I ain’t doing it. NO WAY! I understand the need for exercise but I firmly believe it is not going to do me any good to hurt myself doing it.
What I recently read said if you are a slower paced person getting out and running or even running on a treadmill is not what you should be doing. You will get tired of it quick and give it up. It suggests a slower more casual pace on the treadmill or a slower paced walk around the yard or neighborhood. As your stamina increases your desire to push a little farther will increase. It is sort of that slow and steady wins the race thing. It is not necessary to sweat bucket to burn the fat. It is only necessary to increase your activity level bit by bit.
