Increasing Workouts
I decide for my new routine towards boosting my metabolism to get up and open the curtains in my room. I was going to start my day with sunshine on my face. I got up went to the window pulled open the curtains. Dreary dank day. No sunshine. Poo, my plan is already off track. So a quick change. I have what is referred to as a mood light. So I decided to change my cleaning routine.
I am going to clean in the spare room today were I have the mood light set up. Not quite the sunshine but hopefully it will do in a pinch. These light were prescribed for people with seasonal mood disorder. That is were during the short daylight months you have trouble with moods and lethargy. They have discovered that during the short daylight months allot of poeple have an increase in depression and tiredness.
These lights help. I am going to get a quick short walk in before the rain starts. Then breakfast and up to clean in the spare room. That should get my metabolism boosted and burn some of that fat. I have just read that by exercising before breakfast you will pull more from your fat stores and less from your muscles. It says it does not have to be much exercise, one twelfth of an hour is enough. I can do that!
