Reducing Fat
I have started reading a book on lowering the fat in my life. I just read some really great stuff. The things I just read make allot of since to me. They sound so simple to do too. It pretty much said you can get your body burning more fat if you get motivated. It suggests that how you start your day is the first step. It tells me that by slowly dragging my butt out of bed and slowly getting my self going.
I am sending a slow message to my brain. I am telling my brain that this is the speed I am going to function at today. The brain in turn tells the body, slow and steady. By doing this I am not moving my muscles fast enough to burn anything. Instead, if I get out of bed ready to face my day, throw back the curtains and get some sunshine on my face and breath in the sun I have a better shot at having a more motivated day.
I need to descend the steps with energy and keep moving at a steady pace. Think positive and the brain is positive. It will send an exciting positive message to the body and I will have the energy and motivation to have an active day. It sounds pretty simple and I am going to try it tomorrow morning.
