Starvation & Weight Loss

Remember when mom use to tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day?  Well chalk one up for mom, she was right.  When you are trying to lose weight and burn fat you must eat a satisfying low fat breakfast.  No a latte and a cream cheese bagel does not count, doughnuts either.  When you eat even just a small low fat morsel in the morning you sort of push the metabolism button you give your body energy to start burning. 

I know, I know, I don’t have time to eat in the morning.  Well if I am going to get this thing done I am going to have to make some sacrifices.  Get up ten minutes earlier.  It is important to eat all meals even if I am not hungry.  What happens if I skip a snack or a meal I get suddenly hungry and I grab for anything and every thing to eat.  Before I know it I have eaten just about everything in the kitchen.  Not good.  So I usually just keep my small snack with me all the time and plan to eat at close to a regular meal time.  For me it seem is I try to be consistent with a meal time I can pull the whole plan off easier.
